We are currently seeking an energetic, detail-orientated, team-player to assist our organization with a variety of projects for a 12-18 month in-person internship.

    A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RETIREMENT PLAN SERVICES INTERN

    As a Retirement Plan Services Intern you will provide direct support to the Retirement Plan team.

    • Effectively communicating with plan participants by phone and email regarding basic account and distribution request
    • Assisting with the gathering and preparation of data and reports for the timely delivery to clients.
    • Preparing plan communication materials for use at participant meetings and/or delivery to clients.
    • Adhering to established policies and procedures designed to keep clients in compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
    • Accurately transcribing correspondence and written reports for delivery to clients.
    • Accurately filing correspondence, documents, reports and other hard copy information received for various client relationships.

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RETIREMENT PLAN SERVICS INTERN

    • Actively pursuing bachelor's degree in a business-related field
    • Excellent organizational skills necessary
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary
    • Customer and service orientation required
    • High skill level with Microsoft Office required
