Description

Our client located near College Station, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their growing rehab team in January 2025 Will provide care to patients through evaluation, treatment planning, treatment implementation, patient education and discharge planning to maximize the patient's functional level.

This is a full-time permanent position that offers a sign-on bonus, CEU reimbursement, relocation assistance, 1:1 treatment, and a flexible 40-hour work week.

Ideal Physical Therapist (PT)

Candidate:
Holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
Your Role as a Physical Therapist (PT):
Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients, adapting therapy programs and goals as needed.
Stay informed about reimbursement dynamics related to the practice setting.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, and the medical care team.
Educate patients, their families, and staff members.
Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers.
Adhere to all organizational, national, and state regulatory guidelines.
Align personal and professional goals with the broader goals of the healthcare system.
