Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Create Functional Specification documents
• Work closely with architect and developers to translate business requirements into technology design and solution.
• Ensure the epics and stories are well understood by technical delivery teams and developed solutions meet business expectations.
• Managed and Design the data migration strategy into Veeva CRM from multiple sources.
• Data integration from external sources with Salesforce application
• Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and drive clarity by collaborating with business groups
• Ongoing documentation throughout the development
• Strong knowledge on Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault platform.
• Experience with Agile methodology and tools.
• Very Good Knowledge on salesforce data models, custom objects, custom labels, custom fields, Picklists, Page layouts, Workflow Alerts & Actions, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Flows , Process builders , custom Tabs, custom reports, Record Types, Report folders, Visualforce Pages, Custom Setting Record Types and Dashboards according to application requirements.
• Stay up to date on new Veeva/Salesforce features / capabilities.
• Challenge business requests by applying your knowledge of the platform as well as system design best practices, when necessary.
• Strive for implementing out of the box solutions vs. custom development.
• Good knowledge on sharing rules and user access privileges and Field Level Security.
• Good experience is preparing and publishing release notes and release plan for every release
