Project Accountant Admin

Our client, a leading environmental services company specializing in emergency response, industrial services, and remediation, is seeking a Project Accountant Admin to join their team in Jacksonville, FL.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Accountant Admin:

• The Project Accountant Admin will process vendor invoices
• As the Project Accountant Admin, you will enter invoice and purchase order data into the system
• The Project Accountant Admin will code travel credit card transactions

Requirements of the Project Accountant Admin:

• 3+ years of accounts payable or data entry experience
• Experience in Spectrum software is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
