    Required Skills:
    Proven experience in a senior nursing leadership role, preferably as Director of Nursing or equivalent
    Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices
    Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflow improvements
    Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
    Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare software

    Nice to Have Skills:
    Experience in specialized healthcare settings (e.g., long-term care, critical care, rehabilitation)
    Knowledge of budget management and resource allocation
    Proven track record of leading change initiatives

    Preferred Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
    At least 5 years of nursing management experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a Director-level role

    Other Requirements:
    Valid RN license in the state of employment
    Ability to meet travel requirements if applicable
    Commitment to maintaining professional licensure and ongoing education
