    Description
    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage the fulfillment and maintenance of the organization's software inventory, in adherence with the organization's information system component inventory specifications.
    • Maintain all software asset records and configuration items.
    • Execute all asset management processes.
    • Responsible for the development and execution of the asset management strategy, to include developing a plan for maintaining a cache of endpoint devices for break fix/replacement and addition of new staff, development of an organization-wide Asset Refresh Plan, and support for ancillary processes associated with the procurement, deployment, validation, and retirement of both tangible and software assets.
    • Manage the organization's IT inventory/assets and related processes to capture, integrate, and maintain technical, demographic, lifecycle, and financial information about information technology assets from acquisition through disposal.

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualification:
    • U.S. Citizen
    • An active SECRET or the ability to obtain a SECRET Clearance.
    • Bachelor's degree with 5 - 7 years, master's degree with 3 - 5 years, or PhD with 0 - 2 years of experience; four (4) years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative to do what is needed to achieve learning goals.
    • Ability to communicate with individuals at many different levels from within and from outside of the organization.
    • Experience with ServiceNow's tools is a plus.

    Target Salary Range

    $51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.All
