    We are seeking AI Linguists to join our diverse and interdisciplinary team to focus on AI quality, evaluation, and annotation and to contribute with their expertise to the annotation/human judgment pipeline development that lay at the foundation of the client AI model development and improvement.

    Responsibilities:


    • Design and execute on solutions for AI quality, evaluation, and annotation.


    • Leverage Generative AI prompting, human input, hybrid approaches in the development of scalable and high-quality human judgment workflows and datasets.


    • Conduct data-driven analysis and provide linguist insights for project development.


    • Be part of working groups that develops high-quality human judgment/annotation/evaluation pipelines and datasets.


    • Create documentation and guidelines for standard procedures of internal processes.


    • Research new methodologies for process and product improvement.


    • Maximize productivity, process efficiency and quality through streamlined workflows, process standardization, documentation, and project management.


    • Work in close collaboration with a talented team of AI Engineers and AI Linguists to tackle large-scale content understanding and recommendation problems.


    • Communicate effectively with internal teams and product partners.

    Basic Qualifications:


    • B.S./B.A Degree in Computational Linguistics, Language Technologies, Linguistics, Speech Science or a related field.


    • 1+ years relevant industry experience.


    • 1+ years' experience with large-scale, end-to-end human judgment flows and tools for the training/evaluation of AI models


    • 2+ years' experience to breakdown linguistic data requirements into concise, clear instructions and designs


    • 1+ years' experience programming in Python or any other scripting language

    Preferred Qualifications:


    • MS or Ph.D. in Computational Linguistics, Language Technologies, Linguistics or a related field.


    • Strong problem solving, conceptual thinking, and communication skills


    • Willingness to learn technical concepts and new tools and a keen interest in technology


    • Experience with human judgment projects and flows


    • Experience with complex and scalable data annotations and evaluations


    • Experience with programming languages in data annotation spaceExcellent comprehension and written communication skills in English


    • Preferred working hours: 8:30 am PST - 5:30pm PST
