    Cardiology – 100% Electrophysiology Position

    HonorHealth is building a Cardiovascular Destination Center of Excellence (CVDCOE) and has created a 100% Electrophysiology Group that is its own unique entity within the HonorHealth Medical Group (HHMG) to serve the 6 hospitals and 2,000 aligned medical staff. The HonorHealth Cardiac Arrhythmia Group, under the direction of Rahul Doshi, MD, is expanding to add a seventh EP physician. The ideal candidate will be young in their career or a 2020 EP Graduate.

    HonorHealth is the only locally owned, locally managed health system in the Scottsdale/Phoenix metropolitan area. HHMG has over 30 employed Cardiologist and the CVDCOE is also supported by several aligned independent Cardiologist that will also be a referral source for the HH EP Group. In addition, the HH Primary Care Network is the largest in the Phoenix Metro area with 29 locations and 200 primary care providers, which is the largest primary care network in the region.

    As a community-based program with a strong research division via the HonorHealth Clinical Research Institute, this is a unique environment to have a team of research professionals eager to be a part of new studies and provide the resources the Chief EP requires to advance both an individual career and the overall mission of HonorHealth. HonorHealth is also in final review for implementation of a new Cardiology Fellowship Program.

    As part of HonorHealth's commitment to creation of an independent Electrophysiology group, the program infrastructure and technology in all clinical areas will include current and future Hybrid Labs/ORs, Cath Labs, Imaging Technologies, and other facility enhancements. The CVDCOE is one of the health systems top priorities in the strategic plan.

    This is an exciting position for a physician that wants to build a legacy and improve overall care of both a health system and a community.
