R-TRAVEL - CST - FA :45AM-5:15PM
Lewisgale Medical Center VA
Salem, VA 24153
Unit Specifics:
· Number of Beds : 10 main OR
· Patient Ratios : 1:1
· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :each room with 1 circ and 1 st
· Type of equipment : OR equipment
· Documentation system: Meditech
· Scheduling requirements: 10-hour shifts, rotate call on weeknight and weekend
· Floating policy: no floating
Must have:
proficient in Ortho, davinchi and Neuro and ortho trauma
Procedures performed on unit: Craniotomy, spine fushion, liver resection, whipple, MAKO total joint
