Job DescriptionAdecco Medical & Science is assisting a local client with their search to fill a Lab Tech position in Clark, NJ. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below

Location: Clark, NJ
Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Pay rate: $ 22.94/hour
Schedule: Full-time M-F 9am -5:30pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
1. Assist with functional and dimensional packaging testing for new launches, formula renovations and packaging changes.
a. Hands on lab work performing packaging test methods such as drop test, decoration testing, sun test, e-commerce testing, etc.
b. Responsible for creating templates, recording data, and communicating results.
2. Manage 3D printing lab equipment and 3D model requests
a. Set the 3D printers to print 3D models from files supplied by the technical designers or suppliers.
b. Remove models from printers and perform post process cleaning on models
c. Maintain the 3D printing machines (cleaning and refilling with 3D printing materials).

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

• Technical or scientific background preferred (engineering, material science, packaging, etc.)

• Good organization and communication skills

• Interest in 3D printing technology (knowledge of 3D CAD software a bonus)

• Good attention to detail

• Proficiency in excel

• Ability to quickly learn and become comfortable with new software packages

• Curious mindset and passion for learning

Pay Details: $22.94 per hour
