Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with menu planning to ensure variety and seasonal freshness

- Execute food preparation tasks efficiently to meet service deadlines
- Support kitchen operations by organizing supplies, cleaning stations, and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless food service during busy hours
- Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly to guests
Experience
- Previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced restaurant or culinary environment is preferred
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques are essential
- Experience with dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus
- Familiarity with fine dining standards and catering operations enhances your candidacy
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices is required
- Background in meal preparation, food industry operations, or restaurant service will support success in this role
