Requirements

How to Qualify:
Active Registered Nurse license and eligibility to practice nursing in the state of employment
Master's

degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
At least 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts, as needed

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary:
$100,000 -$120,000 a year

based on experience, with regular performance evaluations
