In conjunction with the Nurse Practitioner, the Intake Coordinator is responsible for coordination and scheduling of Ambulatory Infusion Center (AIC) nursing visits, tracking nurse administered infusions and authorizations, timely clearance of new referrals, and purchasing and procurement and management of AIC supplies and drugs in the warehouse.

Coordinates and tracks regularly scheduled nursing visits.

• Collaborates with Nurse Practitioner and Pharmacy staff to schedule visits and orders.
• Stocks and stores warehouse equipment and supplies
• Reports stock levels to supervisor

Preferred experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management

• Computer proficiency
