    Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
    Location: Rockledge, FL Summary:LEAD Technical is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client in the Rockledge area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all phases of the recruitment process for this international manufacturing organization. This is a DIRECT HIRE role that is available immediately. PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a remote position, candidate will sit in Rockledge, FL location. Responsibilities:
    • Solely responsible for all talent acquisition activities at manufacturing location.
    • Work with hiring team to assess both current and ongoing needs, including the drafting of job descriptions and hiring criteria.
    • Source both active and passive candidates through a variety of means.
    • Manage local community relationships to enhance recruitment efforts.
    • Develop job postings, social media strategies and local community marketing.
    • Attend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
    • Screen applications, present qualified candidates, and manage the interview process.
    • Collaborate with HR Manager and business leaders during the offer process, to identify offer amount and other pertinent details.
    • Review background checks, educational requirements, and drug tests to ensure compliance with requirements.
    • Schedule and communicate orientation to both managers and new hires, ensuring all required forms and paperwork are accurately completed prior to orientation.
    • Send weekly notice informing of all new hires scheduled.
    • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
    • Proven track record of managing positions from inception to close.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Excellent sourcing skills.
    • Comfort with both technical and non-technical roles.
    • Some HR generalist experience desired,
    • Strong background in developing successful partnerships with internal and external team members.
