Job summary
Provides safety leadership and technical support to field employees; evaluates and reports on safety performanceSupports safe work planning by advising operations and project managers on Company and contractual safety requirementsConducts new hire and site-specific safety orientationsLeads toolbox talks and safety meetings as directed by managementReviews site safety plans, risk assessments, permits, MOPs, and related documentation; escalates concerns to the Senior Safety Manager as neededPerforms daily jobsite walks to conduct audits and inspections, identify hazards, and ensure safe work practices; escalates issues as necessaryResponds to reports of incidentsand safety concerns,and participates in investigations with senior safety leadershipEnsures compliance with Company policies(OSHA,and applicable regulatory standards;maintains required safetysdocumentationCollaborates regularlywith foremen,supernintendents,and client safetypersonnelto identifyand resolve saftey issuesUtilizesCompany safetysystemsandasoftwaretrackincidents.inspections.and correctiveactionsAssistswith identifingtraining needsandanndcoordinatesrequired trainingwith theSenior SafteyManagerMaintainsrequiredsafteycertificationsandsupportsongingprofessionaldevelopmentConductswkelysaftymeetingSandattendprojecauditsasrequestedMonitors subcontractor activitiesureensafe complance wihcompanyanproject saftyreuirementsTravelmay be reqired.
