Are you a skilled Conference Planner seeking an exciting contract opportunity in Irving, TX? Our client is seeking a Conference Planner for a HYBRID role This associate will manage the team inbox and respond to all inquiries.

*Details: * $24 - $25 per hour pay rate

• Manage Conferences Resource & Travel inbox, responding within 24 hours.
• Establish communication flow while organizing inbox.
• Implement requested changes across tools, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders, ensuring actions are processed and information shared.
• Communicate with senior-level executives for tool updates.
• Support management of Conference Allocation and Delivery Support List tools.
• Partner with teams for expedited resourcing changes.
• Create tools for internal event staffing consistency.
• Assist in identifying resources for staffing gaps.
• Manage weekly travel approval process and support bi-annual travel reviews.
• Prioritize and manage tasks in a high-performance environment.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

*Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years' experience in Travel Planning, Project Management, Conferences/Events, or Consulting.
• Conference or event experience preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

* *Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google, especially Excel and Google Sheets.

• Strong collaboration and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated integrity, collaboration, and results delivery.
• Innovative problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.
