Job summary
This role functions as a specialized leasing and recruitment position for driving occupancy and building a strong resident community within coliving properties. The Membership Coordinator is responsible for advertising available living spaces, communicating with prospective members, coordinating tours, screening applicants and onboarding qualified individuals into memberships.The goal of this position is to maintain strong conversion from inquiry → tour → application → move-in while ensuring compliance with fair housing standards.
