- Offer play-based, naturalistic care to your clients
- Create and implement assessment and treatment plans following Cortica's clinical model, BACB, and insurance regulations
- Supervise clinical programs for patients undergoing applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy
- Provide direct clinical and supervisory assistance for colleagues within your team and Behavior Interventionists
- Ensure high-quality clinical care, meeting all minimum supervision and parent training requirements while maintaining productivity standards
- Supervise monthly sessions for all RBTs and/or BCATs within your team, completing necessary documentation and spending at least 5% of hours in 1:1 or group supervisory activities
- Review and update programming aspects for each client's clinical case, informing the team accordingly
- Analyze and organize data for progress report composition
- Coordinate with the ABA Site Manager to optimize scheduled hours and ensure superior supervision and parent training hours
- Participate in insurance authorization evaluations with support from the ABA Site Leader
- Lead or participate in departmental meetings
- Contribute to Clinical Integration Meetings for clients on your caseload
- Prioritize and support safety initiatives
- Display and embody Cortica's core values, serving as an example for your colleagues
- You hold a master's degree in a human services discipline or a related field
- You possess a current and unencumbered license and/or certification necessary for practice in your clinical domain and are open to obtaining licensure in new states as determined by business needs
- You have a solid understanding of ABA techniques and practical experience working with children diagnosed with autism
- You bring field experience, including relevant skills for a home-based environment, and have collaborated with multidisciplinary agencies assisting autistic children and their families
- You are adept at utilizing software and systems, including electronic medical records and Microsoft Office products
- You have knowledge of HIPAA regulations for patient information protection
