- Plan and coordinate activities such as movement and fitness challenges, team activities, as well as the roll-out of relevant resources
- Educate employees on the importance of health and wellness and motivate them to make healthy changes
- Maintain accurate records and track rewards progress of employees
- Develop and deliver presentations on health and wellness topics
- Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of health and wellness
- Ability to serve as a confidential resource, and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Must be willing to travel to job sites in all markets
- Education or experience in health science, social work, crisis management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in health or wellness promotion
- Knowledge of health and wellness topics
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Able to motivate and engage employees in wellness initiatives
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Upon hire, PTO hours are added to your PTO account
