    Must haves:

    -5+ years of experience as a Desktop Engineer, Service Desk tech, Systems Administrator, or related role

    -Knowledgeable on hardware for laptops, desktop, servers, networking

    -Experienced in Windows 10

    -Must have excellent written and verbal communication, as well as professionalism

    Pluses:

    -Trade support or trade floor environment experience

    -PowerShell scripting experience

    -Server experience

    -Market data experience

    Day to Day:

    Insight Global is seeking 2 Desktop Support Engineers for one of our largest financial clients in Atlanta, GA and NYC, NY. The Desktop Support Engineer's role is to support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, access, citrix servers, applications and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, upgrading hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal user experience and performance, remote support of user outside our site support . The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required. Job also will have on call assistance for our clients in states outside onsite support technicians area. Candidate must be flexible and willing to work overtime/off hour on-call support.
