    Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
    US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Required.
    The Project Manager will manage large implementation projects for our client.

    The successful candidate will have the demonstrated ability to manage complex large-scale Infrastructure and Application projects using Agile or waterfall methodologies with on premise or cloud deployments.

    The candidate will have strong project management experience managing multiple full life cycle implementations.

    The candidate will be a servant leader leading projects through the project lifecycle including Planning and Analysis, Execution and Solution Deployment and Benefit realization.

    Strong project management experience is required which includes (a) management of project deliverables, scope, quality, (b) proactive risk identification and mitigation, (c) resource management including guiding and motivating team members, (d) management of requirements, priorities and alignment with organizational objectives, (e) schedule management, (f) design, configuration, test, deployment and release management, (g) coordination and communications, strong vendor relationship management including working with third-party systems integrators.

    The candidate will maintain customer focus and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders to understand business/functional goals, anticipate requirements, minimize risks and rapidly respond with working solutions.

    The candidate will establish well-defined, measurable success criteria for projects and holds others accountable without direct authority. The candidate will execute to the strategy/plan, anticipating problems and managing program risks and issues with escalation as appropriate.

    The candidate will have the ability to gain trust, resolve conflicts and understand other peoples perspectives and tailor the message and communication style.

    The candidate will have the ability to respond and adapt to change. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field. 10+ years of relevant work experience.

    Experience implementing complex cloud and on premise projects consisting of many team members and senior stakeholders as well as working with third party integrators.

    Experience in managing application delivery teams with agile and/or agile processes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
