• Plans/supervises/inspects various phases of construction and repair work such as: installing and/or repairing electrical wiring and plumbing; replacing doors, windows, and siding; building cement forms used in constructing or replacing concrete sidewalks, foundations and floors; repairing broken windows and installing new windows;
  
• Inspects air conditioningand heating systems boilers auxiliary equipment steam/water lines needed repairs;
  
• Supervises participates installing repairing adjusting boilers water filters water softeners laundry machinery sterilizers other equipment instructs lower-level staff proper methods operatingrepairing air conditioningheating systems monitors controls correct operations supervises participates complex electrical work involving high voltage electrical systems,
  
• Maintenance Supervisor I with the Missouri Uniform Classification Pay System possession high school diploma proof high school equivalency OR six years semi-skilled experience building plant maintenance work including one year supervisory capacity possession high school diploma proof high school equivalency post-secondary training accredited vocationalcareer technical school building mechanical electrical trades may substitute on year-for-year basis maximum two years general experience rate earned credit hours clock hours year Postsecondary training from an accredited vocationalcareertechnical school in one or more of the buildingmechanicalor electricty trade may substute on year-by-year basisequal to twu yeasr generla expeirnce substituting at therateof30earnedcredit hoursof480clockhoursforyear All requested documents MUST be received by the closing date listed Contingent upon position you may also be eligible receive A $2.00 per hour shift differential if assigned shift that begins between 12:00pm noon 5:000am employed at congregate care facility institution transition center supervision center command center A $0.75 per hour maximum security stipend if full-time qualifying facility
