    Role Summary:


    The Operations Supervisor will plan and coordinate shift activities for fulfillment center activities to ensure adherence to all DC procedures and documentation set forth by the Best Practices Council.

    Assist Operations Manager in planning, prioritizing, and communicating shift directives to insure efficiency and accuracy for all outbound related activities.


    Responsibilities:


    Supervise the day to day activities/mechanisms in accordance to the SOP's, holding a team of associates accountable to standards of safety, quality, and productivityActively contribute to the development of Radial direct reportsManage seasonal associate workforce.

    Execute on productivity and daily goals through execution to the Radial Operating ModelKeep safe and clean work environment.

    Achieve and maintain compliance with all company and federally mandated regulations regarding Safety, OSHA, HazMat and DOTResponsible for associate level of safety, quality, and productivity performanceSolve and respond to daily issuesPlan and coordinate shift activities for areas assigned within the fulfillment center to ensure adherence to all DC proceduresAssist Manager in planning, prioritizing, and communicating shift directives to ensure efficiency, accuracy and quality are met for all outbound related activitiesEnsure that all shift personnel receive proper training, skill development, and assessment per company guidelinesRecommend and implement improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of employees for increased shift contributionImplement specific objectives and performance measures for all shift personnel to maximize productivityLead fulfillment special projects, as neededAccountable for achieving production objectivesMonitor all production and personnel statistics and reporting in support of the department operationReinforce policy and procedure complianceParticipates in the Recruiting and Selection processConducts performance reviews and implements corrective action as appropriateImplementing performance improvement plans and disciplinary actionsInteracts with peers and related staff across all departments on the implementation of fulfillment strategies Qualifications:
    College Degree Preferred/HS Degree Required.

    Prior lead/supervisory experience requiredMinimum of 2 years working in Warehousing, 3PL, Distribution or Manufacturing environment but not requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power PointAbility to maintain a positive attitude while multi-tasking, managing, coaching and mentoring teams to be successful and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong process improvement skills (ability to develop and implement processes. Must have demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills Professional verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptabilityTravel:This position is not remote

    Travel is not requiredHours:
    Sunday to Wednesday from 6:00am - 4:30pm. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.
