This position manages, supervises, plans, and coordinates the ERSEA team, services and activities of the ERSEA function.

This includes monitoring all the ERSEA activities, staff and databases to ensure program compliance with set policies and procedures, the Head Start Performance Standards, NC Child Development and Early Education and other local/state/federal regulations.

Requirements

EDUCATION/TRAINING:
Baccalaureate degree in business, nonprofit management or related degree. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Degree(s) must be from an accredited college recognized by the NC Department of Child Development and Early Education.

EXPERIENCE:
Two - five years of experience in management/supervisory experience. Head Start/Early Head Start experience preferred, specifically in ERSEA Performance Standards.
