    KPI Integrated Solutions is currently searching for a Project Engineer Manager to lead the delivery of safe and reliable material handling solutions that exceed customer expectations.

    The right person for this position will be able to lead and develop a team of project engineers and enable value for each project.

    To be successful in this role, you must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the project life cycle with both your direct reports, other internal project members, and our external customers.

    Own and execute mechanical engineering scope of assigned material handling projects.

    Provide leadership to team members through the project process and deliverables.

    Lead efforts to ensure engineering team complies with standards for safety, system design, mechanical engineering, drafting, and installation.

    Regularly report on project portfolio performance including but not limited to safety, on-time delivery, budget, quality, risks.

    Provide the monthly resource allocation forecast across the team's assigned projects.

    Drive and foster project execution best practices by recommending changes and improvements.

    Serve as a resource for your team to escalate project issues and to remove roadblocks for them.

    Dedication to continuous learning of the application of new material handling technologies.

    Requirements

    BS in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field required.

    • At least 7-10 years of experience analyzing, designing, and implementing automated material handling solutions.
    • Knowledge of CAD design software including AutoCAD.
    • Ability to motivate team to work under pressure, meet inflexible deadlines, and maintain composure
    • Must have a strong customer focus and be able to effectively and quickly build relationships that fosters trust, respect, and empowerment.
    • Must be able to thrive in an innovative environment and be able to quickly clarify ambiguity or competing priorities for your team.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards.
    • Excellent communication both oral and written communication and demonstrated skill to work with all levels of employees.
    • ASRS and/or AMR experience would be a plus.
