    Addison Group's client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Centennial, CO. The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations.

    Title: Customer Service Representative

    Location: Centennial, CO (100% in-office)

    Compensation:$60,000-$71,000

    Hours: M-F 7:30am-4:30pm

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
    • Provide product and service information to customers.
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
    • Update customer accounts and records as needed.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed.
    • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services.
    • Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of customer service or related experience
    • Excellent customer service
