- Assess and enhance associate engagement, fostering a positive work environment. Responsible for associate engagement and retention.
- Communicate effectively with associates on company policies and protocols, ensuring adherence.
- Supervise hospital managers to ensure efficient operations and goal achievement. Provide guidance and support, and address performance issues alongside the People & Organization Department when necessary.
- Offer feedback to associates, conduct performance reviews, and arrange coaching/mentoring as needed.
- Keep communication channels open with associates, address their concerns promptly, and maintain associate records confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the Associate Relations Partner to adhere to labor laws and regulations proactively.
- Lead financial planning for assigned hospital(s). Manage expenses, budgets, and drive efficiency.
- Oversee projects related to hospital growth and improvement. Work with field leadership to monitor clinician productivity and address performance issues.
- Monitor financial operations and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Participate in Vet Relations plans and ensure facility maintenance and functionality.
- Communicate safety protocols and maintenance needs to associates and managers.
- Handle other duties as assigned.

As the Senior Hospital Administrator, you will oversee our hospitals in the Greater Seattle Metro area. This role involves leading our Downtown Seattle and Kirkland BluePearl Pet Hospitals. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio with revenues exceeding $50 million, guiding strategic planning, supervising hospital managers, and fostering a high-performing team in collaboration with Medical Directors and the Field Leadership Team.
