- Lead and continuously enhance the Quality Management System to ensure structured, compliant operations.
- Drive internal audits, system reviews, and corrective action initiatives to maintain high standards.
- Establish, track, and analyze quality metrics and KPIs to support performance improvement.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions that reduce recurring issues.
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to support product changes and new product introductions.
- Maintain quality documentation including inspection standards, procedures, and work instructions.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer-related quality matters.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and data-driven decision making.
- Support training initiatives to reinforce quality standards across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of structured quality systems and audit processes.
- Experience leading corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working knowledge of lean principles and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
