Position Overview
In this influential role you will lead the implementation continuous improvement of environmental health and safety EHS systems across the network You'll work closely with manufacturing sites to ensure standards are understood met continuously improved The Global Safety Manager is key partner strengthening capabilities driving alignment building world-class safety culture across Twin Disc

Responsibilities- Manage development delivery corporate EHS systems programs promote culture safety Ensure EHS processes risk management systems compliance protocols meet legal enterprise requirements Provide leadership support corporate-wide EHS initiatives Conduct incident investigations proper root-cause analysis corrective actions Support sites managing first aids recordables return-to-work processes proper employee care reduce workers' compensation costs Perform manage EHS audits verify compliance corporate standards Assist sites developing annual EHS plans close gaps maintain compliance drive continuous progress Serve trusted resource manufacturing sites offering day-day guidance onsite support when needed Influence cross-functional teams leaders building strong relationships achieve safety objectives Strengthen knowledge capabilities network coaching training
