    Job Description


    Intrigma is in search of an experienced and skilled Scrum Master and OKR Coordinator, proficient in both English and Russian.

    The Scrum Master and OKR Coordinator will be responsible for:

    Managing and overseeing the effective implementation and execution of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to align with the company's strategy and objectives.

    Facilitating Scrum events and other ad-hoc meetings for our front end, backend, and mobile teams.

    Collaborating with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring cohesive communication of product vision and goals to the teams.

    Implementing and sustaining agile methodologies within the teams to optimize performance and deliverables.
    Identifying and eliminating impediments to ensure uninterrupted productivity of the teams.
    Cultivating an environment of accountability, transparency, and strict adherence to Agile/Scrum principles within the teams.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
    Extensive experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within a software development environment.
    In-depth knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, and comprehensive understanding of OKR management.
    Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    Adaptability to evolving priorities and requirements.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    Mandatory fluency in both English and Russian.
