    Pacific Companies is proud to present a General Surgery opportunity in Jackson, Tennessee for surgeons seeking autonomy, stability, and a strong income in a hospital-employed setting. This role offers a true bread-and-butter general surgery practice with the independence of a solo model and the security of hospital employment. Surgeons enjoy a very light call burden, with only one to two call-ins per month and acute cases referred out. The position is ideal for physicians who want to focus on core general surgery and endoscopy without the pressure of trauma or excessive after-hours demands. With a guaranteed salary of $625,000 or more, modern surgical technology, and a supportive environment, this opportunity is well-suited for both experienced surgeons and those looking to step into a highly autonomous role. 

    Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

    • Hospital-employed position at a 225-bed facility 
    • Bread-and-butter general surgery practice 
    • Solo practice model offering full professional autonomy

    • Guaranteed compensation of $625,000+ annually 
    • $40,000 sign-on bonus 
    • $10,000 relocation assistance 
    • Access to Da Vinci robotic surgery
