RN - Registered Nurse

Come join us at Ozanam Hall Nursing Home of Queens A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1971.

We have an opening for a Registered Nurse - RN.

Hourly Pay range = $44.76/hr to $54.89/hr based on experience plus addl. 10% for shift differential.

All Shifts:
Full and Part-Time (4 and 3 days/week) and Perdiem ($55.97 plus 10% shift diff).


Registered Nurse – RN Qualifications:
NY RN - Registered Nurse License
BLS certification required.
Minimum of 1 years' experience in a long-term care setting or a new graduate with the desire to learn.
English language required.

Registered Nurse – RN Job Summary:
Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
Assist in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.
Regular rounding on nursing units.
Facilitate communication between licensed nurses and providers.
Assure complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision.
Consult with Unit Managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents.
Assist in ensuring adequate staffing for the nursing department.
Assist in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse.
Prepare/administer performance reviews for shift staff in consultation with unit managers.
