*We are seeking a skilled Maintenance person to work out of our Jenison office. This position plays a key role in our preventative maintenance training program. They will have the opportunity to work hands on with staff across the entire state of Michigan to do on site repairs, training, and delivery.

*Basic Requirements** *Must be at least 18 years of age** *Must pass background check, fingerprinting, and have clean driving history

• Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 40-50lbs
• Understand and execute verbal and written instructions
• Must be able to have basic computer knowledge: emails, printing, etc.

* *2 years Proven experience in repairing equipment** *Exceptional Time management and Organizational skills**Benefits:* *Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, Life, AD&D** *Paid Time Off** *$22-$24 per hour**Tasks: Not limited to

• Train users on best preventative maintenance measures to reduce company repair costs
• Travel day trips to client locations to conduct onsite repair, delivery, and training.
• Help keep accurate and detailed reports of company equipment and part inventory.
• Responsible for janitorial equipment repair such as: snow blowers, vacuum cleaners, auto scrubbers, carpet scrubbers, buffers
• Perform ground maintenance at the central office, such as snow plowing, lawn mowing, salting.
• Complete minor building repairs of the facility
• Keep warehouse organized and free of any hazards

*Working Environment:

• This position will be working primarily by themselves in a warehouse but will often take day trips around the state of Michigan, including the U.P.

This position will also have some outside tasks such as:
Lawn mowing, snow plowing, salting, and more.
