    **Wellscript Pharmacy Clerk Duties**

    Customer Service

    Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
    • Greet all customers in a friendly "can do" manner, while keeping visiting to a minimum.
    • Listen to customers to identify their needs "check for understanding".
    • Always use customers' names during interaction with them.
    • Refer customer's questions to appropriate pharmacy staff.
    • Answer phones in a friendly, upbeat manner.
    Billing

    Assist with Billing administrative duties

    Assist with posting payments and managing dashboard tasks as requested

    Requirements

    Experience
    • Strong Customer Service Experience
    • Office experience preferred
    Education
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    Special Skills
    • Comfortable navigating computer, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
