On e is pleased to be working with a full-service regional law firm with offices in New Jersey and New York in its search for a Senior Corporate Attorney.

This is a direct hire, hybrid role out of the Firm's New Jersey offices.
The role is open because the firm is expanding. There is NO minimum billable requirement, and the bonus structure is based on hours.


Qualifications:

5 + years' of handling sophisticated secured lending and other debt finance transactions, including leveraged finance, cash flow and asset-based loans, acquisition finance, debt restructurings, equipment finance, and related transactions.

New Jersey bar admission required.
New York bar or other jurisdictions experience is a plus.
