- Payment of invoices and submission for approval in company portal
- Office supply ordering
- Maintaining the building key fob and security pin program
- Handling incoming/outgoing mail
- Manage office sign-in sheets and visitor logs
- Ensure required safety checks are completed on time, system checks, communicate with fire
- department as necessary, etc.
- Changing lightbulbs, hanging wall décor, small cleanups, small repairs, basic furniture
- building/ordering, etc.
- Schedule cleaning service, rug rental, landscaping, snow clearing, pest control, security, etc.
- Schedule vendors such as electricians, HVAC provider, utilities, elevator service, etc.
- Work with contractors and City of Richfield for building issues and expansion projects
- Manage & pay property taxes, commercial building insurance, company vehicle auto insurance
- Manage vendor invoices and payment, order printer toners and replace the toner, call the vendor
- for tech support when there is a hardware issue or repair service, user support for the printing error
- Communicate with the physical security vendor (South East Security)
- Manage the physical security systems (CCTV, Door Lock, doorbell, etc)
- Place an order for a new phone device and DID number for the new hires
- Set up and install a new phone device
- Update AA (Auto Attendant)
- Update Holiday at the Contact Center
- Communicate with the Internet Service Provider when there is a Service Outage
- Expatriate vehicles (Ally, Genisis, etc.), company cell phones (Verizon), etc.
- Speak with and provide information to contractors
- Ensure that safety policies are upheld
- Maintenance upkeep
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient level computer skills including Ms. Word, PowerPoint, Excellent Excel.
