    Job Summary


    This individual will be responsible for working independently on organizational change management solutions that range from small to complex technology / product efforts.

    Technology initiatives will impact multiple business units and can include system or product upgrades / enhancements, retirements, and new development.

    The individual will support change management methodology and deliverables, identifying problems, developing solutions and taking actions to resolve. This individual will work closely with other change managers, technology teams and business stakeholders, leveraging Agile development methods.


    • Defines and develops change management strategy, approach and plan for assigned efforts and/or initiatives
    • Understands and applies change management methodology, tools and approaches and recognizes the need for methodology customization based on culture and past project / initiative experiences
    • Articulates a compelling case for change management to project sponsors and stakeholders and can explain change management concepts relative to Return on Investment (ROI) and outcomes
    • Understands the human dynamics of change (behaviors, mindsets and culture)
    • Develops and executes engagement plans to prepare, equip and support others through change including sponsorship, coaching, communications, training and resistance management plans
    • Identifies potential risks and issues and develops strategies to mitigate and manage
    • Integrates success measures, metrics and monitors into integrated project plans to measure adoption

    Basic/Required Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university (Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Training, Business or relevant field) and four (4) or more years of work-related experience; OR High School Diploma/GED and eight (8) or more years of work-related experience in lieu of a degree
    Desired Qualifications
    Masters degree
    Certified Change Management Professional and/or Prosci Change Management
    Advanced consulting skills including negotiating, influencing, working across organizations, emotional intelligence, decision-making, cultural awareness and problem solving
    Demonstrated ability to communicate a vision and obtain buy-in
    Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to adapt and change as business needs change
    Experience with large-scale change initiatives
    Competency in one or more complementary disciplines such as project management, Agile, innovation, design thinking, customer experience, training, communication, digital transformation
    Comfort with complexity, ambiguity and change
    Travel Requirements
    5-15%
