Job summary
The Facility Manager is responsible for the overall plant, administration and transportation operations, along with the financial results of one or more location(s) within a district.The manager will monitor, coach, counsel, and promote employees as needed to maximize optimum utilization of resources while ensuring compliance and safety.
Key job activities include overseeing operations staff to train and develop an efficient workforce,
ensuring operational functions are completed timely accurate and sufficiently to meet standards,
reviewing analyzing approving submitting payroll registers A/P batches expense reports monthly expense reporting revenue volume reports
and ensuring continuous improvement of team member safety performance in all phases of the operation.
