- Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders or shipping manifests.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects and report any discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
- Safely and efficiently store items in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping requirements.
- Prepare orders for shipment by labeling packages, arranging for carrier pickup, and loading goods onto vehicles.
- Perform regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including cycle counting, restocking shelves, and conducting quality inspections.
- Proficient in setting up and operating bagging equipment to efficiently package goods for shipment. This includes ensuring proper bag size, weight, and labeling according to customer requirements.
- Deliver inventory to customer based on customer needs.
- Represent the Company in a professional manner at the customer's location, acting as the liaison for any customer concerns regarding inventory levels, quality, or other matters.
- Follow the instructions on inventory replenishment methods and communicate those to the appropriate parties.
- Initiate cycle counting when necessary.
- Maintain a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and ensure that the company vehicle is well maintained while in your possession.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately pick, pack, and label items, and ensure orders are correct and properly documented.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently organize inventory and maintain a neat and orderly warehouse space.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items for extended periods.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and the ability to use them safely and efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that may arise, such as inventory discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license and good driving record
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Knowledge of shipping services including but not limited to: UPS, FEDEX, DHL, and LTL
- Stand for extended periods of time, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or reach.
- Use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally lift and/or move same materials weighing 75 pounds.
- Use close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The associate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

They ensure prompt fulfillment of customer demands by picking parts, filling orders, and efficiently packing and shipping items. They also serve as a critical checkpoint to prevent potential process or product nonconformance issues from leaving the facility, safeguarding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
