- Assists Patients with daily living activities, delivering meals, Bathing, turning and ambulating patients.
- Observes patients and report any health issues to the nurse supervisor.
- Assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
- Assist with and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
- Transport patients to medical appointments.
- Assist nurses and other staff as needed
- Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
- Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
- Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a sincere desire to serve others.
- Must have patience, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
