    The Salesforce Developer will work along the full development lifecycle, including configuration, customization, and implementation.

    You will work in an agile environment with other developers, product owners, designers, test engineers, and functional SMEs to deliver various Salesforce requirements and best practices.

    You will work closely with the customer and team to solution around new capabilities or features to support the mission.


    ResponsibilitiesThe Salesforce Developer's duties may include:

    Develop on the Salesforce platform, including new features, applications, and integrations, in support of mission requirements Write and maintain Apex code and apply your knowledge of the Salesforce platform's capabilitiesProvide advice and solutioning around new features and applications and modernizing and improving existing solutionsWork on an agile delivery team with other developers, product owners, designers, test engineers, and functional SMEsWork directly with the customer to iterate on requirements and product feedbackSupport briefings and updates for non-technical audiences and senior leadersQualificationsMINIMUMBachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, computer science, or related technical discipline5+years of experience with Salesforce platform development, including Apex and JavaScript development using GitHub repositoriesKnowledge of the full Salesforce development lifecycleAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirementsExperience working with Agile software development with ScrumSalesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certificationsActive Secret Clearance requiredPREFERREDExperience with Salesforce DevOps technologies and tools, including GitHubExcellent verbal and written communication skills and consulting skillsSalesforce Platform App Builder and/or Application Architect certificationsExperience working with DOD or military IT systemsExperience working with human resource systems#LI-SH1LMI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
