    Job Description

    Assist with coordination of tester identification, test execution and environment management
    Assist with the planning and execution of scenario sessions
    Collaborate with security to ensure testers have necessary access for the upcoming test cycle
    Monitor efforts to resolve defects and track progress
    Update ALM with testing evidence/results/defect status/test assignees where needed
    Generate ALM data to provide tech teams with tailored exports
    Respond to user technical testing questions and where appropriate triage questions to the correct tech lead and/or PMO team member
    Provide administrative support (i.e. reserving conference rooms for on-site testing, obtaining badges for testers, providing status input, etc.)
