    Description
    Warehouse Associate/Equipment Operator
    Pay: $19.50/ hr, paid weekly
    Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
    Location: DeSoto, TX 75115
    Responsibilities:
    • Order Fulfillment: Fill customer orders by operating a Cherry Picker and/or Reach Truck in a fast-paced environment.
    • Equipment Operation: Operate equipment to move product efficiently and safely.
    • RF Scanner Use: Use an RF scanner gun to determine the proper products for customer orders.
    • Order Assembly: Assemble customer orders and place them on pallets, shelves, or conveyor belts.
    • Assist in Receiving: Help the Receiving Department unload new arrival merchandise from trucks when needed.
    • Inventory Support: Assist the inventory and returns department with day-to-day operations.
    • Assembly Work: Assemble component parts to build various types of lockers and cabinets.
    • Tool Usage: Utilize various manual, air, and electrical hand tools efficiently and safely.
    • Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • Previous Experience: Must have prior experience operating a Reach Truck and/or Cherry Picker.
    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Warehouse Experience: Minimum of 1 year working in a Warehouse environment required.
    • Material Handling Equipment: Minimum of 1 year experience with material handling equipment required.
    • RF Scanner: Previous experience utilizing an RF Scanner required.
    • Assembly Skills: Must be proficient in reading and interpreting assembly instructions and drawings.
    • Physical Requirements: Able to independently lift products weighing up to 75 lbs. on a continuous basis. Must be able to stand, walk, pull, and bend 100% of the day in a fast-paced environment.
    • Certifications: Must be certified to operate Cherry picker, forklift, reach truck, and pallet jack.
