Reserv is an innovative insurtech company focused on leveraging advanced AI and automation technology to streamline claims processes. Established by industry veterans with extensive experience in SaaS and digital claims, Reserv is backed by Bain Capital and Altai Ventures, commencing operations in May 2022. The company is dedicated to automating intricate manual tasks, addressing longstanding challenges in claims management, and establishing a new benchmark for TPAs, insurers, and adjusters.

Define and shape our growth trajectory by collaborating with our tech stack: Python, DBT, AWS (Lambda, ECS, Docker), Postgres, Ruby on Rails, and more.
Contribute to developing core customer interactions, data science models, dashboards, operational software, and proprietary ML algorithms.
Architect scalable solutions for our analytics stack, promoting rapid iteration and deployment of data-driven solutions.
Engage with various teams to enhance product operations, design, and sales while mentoring junior engineers and supporting developers and data scientists at customer firms.
Drive innovation, influence culture, and value in a dynamic engineering environment that encourages creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.

Requirements:

6-8 years of experience as an individual contributor in analytics and data-focused back-end frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality products with a passion for intuitive technology and continuous learning.
Strong technical skills and a proactive approach to tasks beyond your core expertise.
