- Responsible for working in a timely manner to communicate with parents, children, staff members, etc.
- Manage a team of full-time and part-time employees.
- Purchase supplies and manage the budget and make sure spending does not exceed revenue/budget.
- Staff scheduling, disciplinary actions and hiring and firing.
- Onboard new families; manage waitlist; maintain the files of staff and children per state standards.
- Worked with church board, staff members, and other internal and external individuals.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Any combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and ability to perform duties of this position. Associate degree in early childhood education a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience working in either a licensed or registered ministry
- Must have CDA (Child Development Associate)
- CPR Certification preferred
- Average Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Integrity and a positive attitude; self-starter demonstrating initiative while effectively adapting to change
- Starting hourly pay $20.00 hourly with a sign on bonus after 90 days
