    Summary

    This position is responsible for various billing functions on the Revenue Cycle team. Knowledge of Revenue Cycle within a pharmacy would be extremely helpful in this role. Knowledge of SQL queries and database structure is required in order to be successful in this role. This position requires the ability to prioritize, plan, and complete tasks in a timely manner.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Complete weekly billing functions for certain outsourced services arrangements
    • Evaluate all billing processes for process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy
    • Research and provide prompt and courteous follow-up for client related billing questions and/or reporting requests
    • Assist in the weekly and semi-monthly PBM Billing process, as needed
    • Assist in the weekly and semi-monthly HealthDyne Billing Process, as needed
    • Create and distribute other Invoices as needed
    • Create and distribute Credit Memos as needed
    • Advanced planning skills; must have the ability to manage tasks to successful timely conclusions
    • Assist in developing analytics dashboard to showcase trends in PBM and other functions
    • Support the Revenue Cycle team with other duties as assigned
    • Additional duties as assigned

    Education and Experience

    • Must possess a 4 year degree, preferably in accounting or finance, with proven quantitative experience
    • 1-3 years of work experience
    • PBM, healthcare, pharmaceutical experience preferred
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • High proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Excel preferred
    • Microsoft Visual Studio experience preferred
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Intermediate understanding of Tableau or other data visualization tools
    • Advanced attention to detail, keeping in mind the "big picture"
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data based on results
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to listen and understand information and ideas that are presented verbally
