Job summary
We are seeking a Service Desk Technician (Associate-Level) to join our team at Adelphi MD. The Service Desk Technician will serve as the face of our team interacting directly with users and stakeholders to resolve Tier I and Tier II technical issues for the Army Research Laboratory in Adelphi MD.Link Solutions is quality and compliance-focused under our guiding philosophy Mission First Customer Always.
