Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Description:
3x12s, Nights, 7p-7a and 3p-3a
EOW weekend (between 6-8 per contract), holiday coverage as needed.
Minimum 2 years experience required. FIRST TIME TRAVELERS OK - as long as they have CC transport experience.
*ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP, ENPC required
*Neuro ICU and SICU exp preferred.
*Previous Charge RN exp preferred
*Previous In-Flight exp required. Travelers will NOT be flying however this experience is required as all staff positions for this require that exp.
*EPIC, EMS Charts charting
*Flight suit provided
*Interpretation and Mgmt of Dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure, Obtain 12 lead EKG required.
*Thermoregulation, hypothermia and hyperthermia required.
*CABG, ECMO preferred.
*Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Impella required.
*Post Cardiac Surgery, directly from & not directly from surgery.
*Pulomary Artery Line and Swan Ganz monitoring
*Sheath removal, TAVI and TAVR, Valve replacement and repair, LVAD and RVAD preferred.
*IV insulin protocols, GI Surgery, Chronic and acute renal failure required. CVVHD and CRRT preferred.
*Conscious IV sedation and paralytics, neuromuscular blockade, titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips.
*CVA acute stroke mgmt, EVD, ICP monitoring, spinal cord injury, TBI
*BiPAP, CPAP, Chest tube insertion and removal, ventilated patients & vent mgmt, HFNC, Interpreation of ABGs
CareLink is a hospital-based critical care ground transport team, we operate with a total of 8 trucks (7CCT and 1ALS) in a 24 hour period and serve a radius of 150 miles surrounding the greater Greensboro NC area.
