- Bachelor's degree in the sciences preferred
- 1+ year of recruitment/employment experience in medical/healthcare services or applicable internships. Experience in the anesthesiology industry a plus. Affiliations within healthcare industry helpful
- Knowledge of medical/healthcare terminologies
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, have a sense of urgency and communicate effectively in all situations in a fast-paced environment
- High level of confidentiality and medical compliance regulations
- Proficient with MS Office and knowledge of medical/healthcare software helpful
