    Summary:

    In this role you will be responsible for assisting and managing the recruitment process for medical services to diverse medical facilities. Identify medical personnel talent for client facilities and build long term relationships. Source, interview and assist with all administrative projects and tasks within the recruitment process including, scheduling, employment verifications, postings, and adhering to regulatory/compliance laws. Deliver quality in all healthcare personnel placement with a sense of urgency, initiative, and professional care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Committed to adhering to company's core values and quality of staffing in the medical/healthcare field
    • Bring medical/healthcare terminology knowledge to each role and the placement process
    • Screen, qualify, and select candidates according to brand/client standards or communicate specifications.
    • Accurately document all information within the recruitment and placement process in compliance with medical standards
    • Respond to inbound candidate applications and qualify them for potential openings.
    • Develop and maintain a consistent flow of qualified candidates through both active and passive sourcing used for both specific client projects and ongoing talent networks.
    • Documentation of confidential information per HIPPA standards.
    • Maintain internal databases to capture accurate candidate/prospect information, sourcing activity, placement information etc.
    • Develop and maintain good working relationships with the internal sales and recruiting teams to create partnership that yields success, results, and credibility.
    • Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
    • Determine applicants' employment acceptability.
    • Manage employee concerns during an assignment.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in the sciences preferred
    • 1+ year of recruitment/employment experience in medical/healthcare services or applicable internships. Experience in the anesthesiology industry a plus. Affiliations within healthcare industry helpful
    • Knowledge of medical/healthcare terminologies
    • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, have a sense of urgency and communicate effectively in all situations in a fast-paced environment
    • High level of confidentiality and medical compliance regulations
    • Proficient with MS Office and knowledge of medical/healthcare software helpful
    • Stellar verbal/written/presentation skills
    • Passion for recruiting and working within the medical services field in a long term career
    • Team player that works collaboratively and can work individually with self-motivation and direction
