    ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Behavioral Health-Washington, located in Washington, North Carolina, are seeking a part-time psychologist to join their growing program.

    Applicants should hold a doctoral degree (Ph.
    D. or Psy.
    D) from an accredited program in clinical counseling from an APA accredited program and have completed a postdoctoral fellowship in clinical psychology.

    Job Highlights:

    • Employment by ECU Health Physicians
    • Growing 9-hospital physician led healthcare system
    • Established Behavioral Health clinic inclusive of 3 psychiatrists, 3 nurse practitioners, and a strong support staff of RNs, LPNs, and LCSWs
    • Outpatient clinical care
    • Schedule includes 3 days per work, 8a – 5p, no call
    • Responsibilities will include direct patient care, collaboration behavioral health teams, evidence-based psychosocial programming, and training to ensure appropriate intervention for patients
    • Provide diagnostic testing as clinically indicated including testing for ADHD, mood disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and cognitive behavioral therapy
    • Provide leadership and oversight for group-based interventions and individual-based psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques

    ECU Health Beaufort Hospital, located in Washington, is a full service hospital with an active medical staff of over 50 physicians, representing over 20 specialties, as well as over 600 nurses, technicians and support staff.

    The hospital offers a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services including medical, surgical, intensive care, emergency, pediatrics and women's services.

    In addition we have a full-service lab, diagnostic imaging services, physical and respiratory therapy. Oncology services are provided by The Marion L.

    Shepard Cancer Center, a state-of-art cancer treatment facility which offers the highest quality of care for patients with cancer and blood disorders.

    Progressive healthcare facilities, combined with personal, hometown compassionate care, ensure that patients in Beaufort and surrounding counties have access to an exceptional level of care.
